In order to better serve you, Lineberger Law Firm offers customized fee structures designed to provide the legal services you need but in a manner that best fits your situation and the legal matter at hand. As such, we commonly quote fees on a case-by-case basis, depending on the need being addressed. Common structures include not only the traditional hourly rates, but also contingency plans, flat rates and mixed fee structures that tie fees not only to services provided but also results. Our goal is to find a win/win fee structure that make sense for you while still allowing for superior legal services.
FREE On-going Consultations:
At Lineberger Law Firm we recognize that many times the best way to handle legal matters is with access to timely legal advise and whenever possible, to take steps to prevent legal problems before they occur. That is why we offer FREE on-going consultations* as needed to provide you with the freedom you need to get legal advise when you need it, without the fear of running up legal fees. We really want you to have that true General Counsel access to ensure that your business runs smoothly.
* Generally, free consultations are those lasting less than 20 minutes and are on topics that the attorney is able to provide counsel without additional legal services. If during the course of a free consultation the attorney determines additional legal services will be needed to adequately address your company’s needs, the attorney will communicate these needs and inform you that fees will be incurred for additional services.
